Brian P. Hayes received his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and History from Campbell University in 1996, and his Juris Doctorate from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell in 1999. While in law school he received honors in worker’s compensation, legal remedies, law and accounting, secured transactions, commercial paper, estate taxation, and real estate transactions, amongst others.

Brian joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2003. Brian is a member of the Cabarrus County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  He is also a section member of the NC Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Elder Law, Bankruptcy, and Young Lawyer Divisions.

Brian lives in Cabarrus County with his wife and son.  When not engaged in the practice of law, Brian trains for Iron Distance triathlon, marathons (or ultra’s), and martial arts.
