Privacy Policy

Ferguson Hayes Hawkins, PLLC (“the Firm,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.concordlawyers.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information You Provide. When you submit the consultation request form, we collect the information you choose to provide. That includes your name, email address, telephone number (optional), and the description of your matter. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, check for conflicts of interest, and decide whether we can assist you.

Submitting Information Does Not Create an Attorney-Client Relationship. Contacting the Firm through this Site, by email, or by telephone does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship exists until the Firm has agreed to represent you, usually in a written engagement agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site. Information sent before an engagement may not be treated as privileged. Also, sending it does not prevent the Firm from representing someone else in the same or a related matter.

Information Collected Automatically.  Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider may automatically collect technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and to remember your settings. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Site may not work properly if you do.

Accessibility Tools. The Site offers an accessibility tool provided by a third party. If you use it, the provider may process information about your settings to deliver that service.

How We Use Information. We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential representations, operate and improve the Site, and comply with our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When We Share Information. We may share information with service providers who host the Site or process form submissions for us, but only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or the Rules of Professional Conduct, or when needed to protect the rights or safety of the Firm, our clients, or others.

Links to Other Websites. The Site contains links to third-party sites, including Google Maps, Google reviews, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter). We do not control those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. Please review their privacy policies.
