Ryan C. Hawkins, a native of Concord, is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and English. Ryan earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. After being admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2005, Ryan worked for a year in Rowan County as an Assistant District Attorney. Ryan joined the firm in 2006.

Mr. Hawkins is a member of the Cabarrus County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association and its Real Property Section. His principal areas of practice include Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Hawkins’s practice experience includes a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate matters, including the examination of title to real property, representation of sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of purchase agreements, loan agreements, and leases; the representation of lenders in foreclosure proceedings; and the representation of community associations.

Ryan C. Hawkins also practices in the areas of Business Law, Wills and Estates, and Traffic Violations.

In his spare time, Ryan is a member of the Rotary Club of Cabarrus County and coaches local youth sports. Ryan enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his family, friends and pets.
